The I + I LAB_ “El Lenguaje de la Comida: el idioma de las culturas hispánicas” is a research space where individual processes can be experienced in community, in order to give value to experiences, processes and empower people through reflection and conscious work. These development practices are aimed at building a base place where we can BE on a more human level, to be better able to increase personal well-being and generate health.
This is experienced through art, feeding, sound and healing.
The I + I LABs are citizen research laboratories whose mission is to promote new proposals that provide solutions through Art, Science and Healing for a true conscious social transformation.
