Autogestionatutako proiektuetara egokitutako formakuntza bat
Bitamine Faktorian bertatik bertara ezagutzen ditugu gaur egungo kultura esparruko testuinguru eta agertoki desberdinak; izan ere, egunero egiten diegu aurre proiektu independente bat kudeatzeak dakartzan oztopo eta zailtasunei, kultura bezalako sektore prekarizatu batean. Aspaldidanik, sektoreko hainbat eragilek eta profesionalek jarduera mota horren know how-a ezagutzeko interesa dutela ikusi dugu. Beraz, horrelako prestakuntza eskaintzea aukera bat da ezagutzak partekatu, antzeko kezkak dituzten pertsonen arteko harremanak sortu eta ekosistema bera indartzen laguntzeko.
HELBURUAK
Alde batetik, ohiko formakuntzei prestakuntza osagarria eskaintzea, enpresa kulturalaren ohiko ereduan sartzen ez diren proiektu autogestionatuetara bideratuta, hau da, beste errealitate, erronka eta zailtasun batzuei aurre egin behar dieten egitasmoetara.
Bestetik, kudeaketa-, komunikazio- eta diseinu-tresnak eskaintzea, proiektuak aberasteko eta beste kultura- eta arte-egitura batzuen hazkunde-aukerak areagotzeko, bai eta kultura- eta sormen-arloan interesa duten pertsonen prestakuntza bultzatzeko ere.

Bitamine Faktoria proiektu independentea da, eta, halabeharrez, hazten eta kultura-errealitate eta politika desberdinetara egokitzen joan da. Atal honek gai hauek biltzen ditu: proiektu independenteen sorrera eta kudeaketa, jarduera mota horri egokitutako finantzaketa- eta administrazio-moduak, ereduak, profilak eta estrategiak, ebaluazioa, lankidetza eta sareak.

Laburrean, diseinu-tresnak proiektu kultural eta artistikoetan, hau da, marka, branding-a eta ikus-identitatea. Gure proiektuei ematen diegun diseinuak eta irudiak gainerakoetatik bereizten eta kokatzen dituzte. Atal honetan diseinuaren oinarriak lantzen dira, koloreak eta tipografiak modu arrazoituan konbinatuz, proiektuak edo zerbitzuak sustatzeko irudi eta konposizio erakargarriak sortze aldera; bai euskarri inprimatuetan (esku-orriak, txartelak, kartelak), bai bitarteko digitaletan (webgunea, bloga, mailinga, sare sozialak).

Kultura-erakundeetan komunikazioa tresna estrategikoa da. Atal honetan, kultura- eta arte-arloetako komunikazioaren berezitasunak lantzen dira, kultura-edukiak ahalik eta ondoen komunikatzeko jardunbide egokiak aztertzen dira; bai eta kultura-produktuak eta -zerbitzuak merkaturatzeko tresnak eta estrategiak, komunikazio-plan baten diseinua eta komunikabideekiko harremana ere.

15 years of research, creation and cultural mediation
In 2026, Bitamine will celebrate its fifteenth anniversary. Fifteen years working from Irun and the Bidasoa region as a space of borders, displacement and crossings. Fifteen years fostering processes of artistic research, publishing, cultural mediation and support through an independent practice deeply rooted in the local area.
Ertzetatik is a public event celebrating this journey not as a one-off occasion, but as a sustained practice over time. For Bitamine, inhabiting the margins has not been a circumstantial position, but a method: working at the boundaries of disciplines, on the fringes of institutions, and in the zones of contact between languages, communities and cultural contexts.
The programme brings together training, art installations, archiving, publishing, reflection and performance, offering a meeting place for cultural practitioners, artists, researchers and the public. Through displaced artistic practices, obsolete technologies, editorial narratives and contemporary oral traditions, the event highlights processes as a form of knowledge and dialogue as a collective endeavour.
Rather than looking back, Ertzetatik opens a conversation on how a cultural project is sustained over time: through self-management, resilience, trial and error, and community building.
Fifteen years on, the margin is not a periphery: it is a place of production, structure and the future.

DISPLACED ARTISTIC PRACTICES
A theoretical and practical training programme addressing displaced or subaltern artistic practices that explore creative processes which are not the discrete production of objects, but rather those processes in which the raw materials are space, text and the artists themselves.
Blanca Sotos: BA in Philosophy from the Complutense University of Madrid and MA in Publishing from the University of Salamanca. She has been running marcablanca since 2018 and is director of the MiraLookBooks International Fair of Publications Specialising in Contemporary Culture.
Ramón Mateos: Artist, curator and cultural manager. He coordinates the Madrid Network of Independent Spaces and has been director of Nadie Nunca Nada No since 2013. He acts as an advisor to galleries, private organisations and public institutions linked to contemporary art.

1- Publishing, design and communication as an ideological practice
Presentation of Bitamine’s editorial project as a framework for thought and a tool for cultural mediation. An overview of the publications produced in recent years, addressing content, design, communication processes and the construction of a discourse aligned with the project’s identity: the margins as a place of production, displacement as a method and self-management as a means of sustainability.
During this session, the working process behind the conceptual and graphic development of the 15th-anniversary poster will be shared, showcasing the methodology, formal decisions and the dialogue between content and design.
2- Collaborative projects in which publishing functions as a tool for research and territorial activation, where archive, memory, emotional cartography and cultural production are articulated through a collaborative practice.

Congreso del Observatorio de la Cultura Turística Sostenible // COSTA
El Congreso del Observatorio de la Cultura Turística Sostenible // COSTA se presenta como
una plataforma de conocimiento, interpretación y diálogo interdisciplinar para reimaginar el turismo desde una perspectiva crítica y plural. Este encuentro reúne a investigadores, artistas y profesionales del sector para analizar el impacto del turismo desde una perspectiva ecosocial. El congreso busca generar nuevas narrativas que superen el actual modelo extractivista y propongan alternativas responsables que integren innovación, memoria y la transformación ecosocial.
El Congreso del Observatorio COSTA se estructura en torno a cuatro ejes fundamentales: (Ciencia-Arte, Turismo-Sostenibilidad) con el objetivo de profundizar en la producción de conocimiento del imaginario turístico. Promovemos la creación como territorio de imaginación radical, la sostenibilidad como marco ético y la exploración de nuevas metodologías de investigación como experimento político. Este Observatorio está formado por un grupo de investigación interdisciplinar abierto a la integración de voces minoritarias o
microrrelatos para constituir en su conjunto una cátedra colectiva. Invitamos a investigadores, artistas, ecologistas, profesionales del sector turístico y la comunicación a participar en este encuentro para contribuir a una visión más justa e inclusiva del turismo en
el siglo XXI.
Hormigón de fondo
A partir de su investigación en la beca Desplazamenduak / Desplazamientos #1, Raquel Meyers propone un ensayo expandido que desmonta el mito del progreso mostrando el hormigón como símbolo de control, turismo depredador y urbanismo excluyente. Entre Palma e Irun, construye una arqueología emocional y política del capitalismo tardío: cemento, expulsión, precariedad. Su obra combina archivo, teletexto y memoria para revelar el desarrollo como un relato de desigualdad.
Más que soluciones, ofrece un gesto crítico desde los márgenes: una denuncia del despojo de lo común y un llamado urgente a imaginar otras formas de habitar y construir ciudad.
Raquel Meyers es artista visual que trabaja con tecnologías obsoletas y estética textual para explorar memoria, control y resistencia digital.
Helga Massetani es la Directora de Bitamine Kultur Elkartea junto a Casa Planas impulsan en 2024 un programa de becas para investigadoras residentes en Euskadi y Baleares destinado a desarrollar proyectos que reflexionen sobre el impacto sociocultural del turismo tomando como punto de partida el archivo Planas Archive.

La exposición estará abierta al público de forma gratuíta el viernes 24 a partir de las 20h y el sábado día 25 de
10-14h.
Speed Networking / Acto de clausura.
Consiste en un aperitivo en grupos reducidos de máximo 5 personas en las que durante 30 minutos y de forma grupal explicarán los proyectos de creación.
